AHECS Biennial 2024 – Advancing Professional Practice to Meet the Needs of Gen Z

Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th May
TU Dublin – Grangegorman Campus
https://www.tudublin.ie/for-students/career-development-centre/careers-fairs-and-events/ahecs-biennial-conference/

In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, career professionals must continuously adapt their professional practices to meet the unique needs of each generation entering the workforce. One generation that demands special attention and tailored approaches is Generation Z (Gen Z), those born between 1997 and 2012. As this tech-savvy, socially conscious, and ambitious cohort begins to step into the professional world, career professionals need to shift their approaches to effectively guide, mentor, and support them on their career paths.

This conference will aim to explore why and how career professionals can advance their professional practice to effectively engage and support Gen Z individuals. It will involve keynote speakers who will challenge your current practices and service delivery. Delegates will have the opportunity to share their practices and new initiatives at the conference in a breakout workshop.

We look forward to welcoming you to TU Dublin for what we hope will be an enjoyable and thought-provoking 2 days.
