Together with third level careers services support 400,000 students studying in the higher education sector – 50,000 of whom are preparing for graduation.
About Us
History Of AHECS
The Association was established in 1969 as The Association of Irish University Careers and Appointments Services (AIUCAS). It was renamed Association of Higher Education Careers Services (AHECS) and is now the recognised voice of Higher Education Careers and Employability professionals across Ireland, representing 26 Universities, Technological Universities and Institutes of Technology.
