The AHECS Employability Awards 2023 launched on 30th January in four categories:
Building Effective Partnerships Award
Research Informed Practice Award
Supporting Student/ Graduate Employability Award
Strategic Innovation Award

The Employability Awards recognises and showcases the best in employability initiatives implemented by AHECS members careers and employability services throughout the year.
On Thursday 27th April 2023, in the beautiful round room of the Mansion House Dublin, the winners of this years AHECS Employability Awards were announced.
Building Effective Partnerships
- Winner: Technological University Dublin and South East Technological University Waterford (collaborative submission).
- Highly commended was awarded to both Dublin City University and Maynooth University.
Research Informed Practice
- Winner: Technological University Dublin.
- Highly commended was awarded to Trinity College Dublin Business School.
Supporting Student/Graduate Employability
- Winner: Technological University Dublin.
- Highly commended was awarded to Dundalk Institute of Technology.
Strategic Innovation
- Winner: Ulster University.
- Highly commended was awarded to University College Dublin.
