We are delighted to announce the shortlists for the 2025 AHECS Employability Awards. The judges were incredibly impressed by the outstanding work being done within career services, making it a real challenge to select a winner – every submission showcased excellence!

To highlight the fantastic contributions across our membership, we will be sharing summaries of each shortlisted entry in the run up to the awards. We will also showcase them through a poster display at the all member event on Thursday 24th April. Thank you to everyone who took the time and effort to submit an entry this year.
