LUNCH N LEARN – “Skills for Life – Professionalism in the Workplace”
AHECS are delighted to have Judy Murphy from SETU Carlow deliver a session on
“Skills for Life – Professionalism in the Workplace”
This workshop is about the Importance of Beginnings – that first impressions matter.
Student feedback indicates that they feel anxious prior to starting “real jobs” placement or graduate roles. Emotions like anxiety, confusion and imposter syndrome can seep in, which can impact on their mental health.
The purpose of this workshop is to alleviate student’s concerns and offer tools and tips to help them to navigate this new exciting landscape.
