Lunch N Learn – Beyond the Textbook: Applying Career Theory in Practice

Career theories can look great on the page but how can we use them with the students sitting in front of us? This session will:

 – introduce three separate theories, with a brief overview, and highlight implications for the career practitioner

 – give practical resources to demonstrate how we can use these theories to best support our students take ownership of their career planning, increase self-awareness, and help them build sustainable careers.

No previous experience of career theory needed and you might discover a new favourite theory for your toolkit.
