The Executive Committee has a responsibility for the operational running of the Association, updating annually to the Heads of Service.
The Board of Directors is elected by AHECS members (Heads of Service or HoS nominee) and meets approximately every 6 weeks.
The AHECS MISSION is to lead and support collaboration among Higher Education Careers Service professionals throughout Ireland and be the recognised authority on graduate employability, Placement and Career Development Learning
